The early diagnosis IBD through the detection its biomarkers (including tumor necrosis factor alpha, C-reactive protein, cytokines and microRNAs) imaging agents challenge. Nanotechnology enabled biosensors enhanced image contrasting chemicals for offer promises an affordable, reliable confirmation type thereof. Moreover, engineered nanoparticles (NPs) can also be used to deliver active drug directly region Major advantages targeted delivery are low dosage requirement due localized/guided minimal side effects other organs by drug.
